We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at csv2contact@arkonis.com.sa with your purchase receipt and we'll take care of it.
What happens after a refund
When a credit pack is refunded, the credits from that pack are removed from your wallet. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; timing depends on your bank or card provider.
