Who we are

CSV2Contacts is operated by Arkonis Pvt Ltd, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ("Arkonis", "we", "us"). By using the service you enter into an agreement with Arkonis Pvt Ltd and accept these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

CSV2Contacts converts contact lists between file formats (CSV, Excel, JSON, vCard) in your browser. The core converter is free within a daily allowance and requires no account; larger conversions and AI photo/business-card capture are paid for with credits purchased as one-time packs. Credits do not expire.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• convert contact lists you have no right to use, or use the output for spam or unsolicited marketing;
• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing others' intellectual property;
• interfere with the service's security, probe or scrape it, or introduce malware;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service, or circumvent plan or quota limits.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account — and provide accurate information when registering or purchasing.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund terms are on the refund policy page.

Intellectual property

Arkonis retains all ownership of the service and its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. Your contact files remain yours; because conversion happens in your browser, we never receive or store them.

Service level, warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Always review the preview before importing and keep a copy of your original file. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When access ends, any unused credits are handled under our refund policy.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall to the courts of Riyadh. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
